If you’re a true online entrepreneur you probably have a few domains that you’ve purchased with the thought of developing a website, but haven’t gotten around to it yet. Now that this is a new program, it’s been around for awhile but now Google has made it easier to use. It allows you to run Google ads on those domains, and possibly make some money while their sitting collecting dust. 
All you need to do is change your domain’s nameserver to the following
ns1.googleghs.com
ns2.googleghs.com
ns3.googleghs.com
ns4.googleghs.com
As soon as the records validate, usually within 24 hours, they'll start serving ads to traffic that comes to your site.
